Apple Unveils iOS 17: Exclusions, Inclusions and Exciting New Features

With iOS 17, Apple aims to enhance user experience and introduce new features. iPhones that are not getting the iOS 17 update

  9. Convenient password sharing and management enhancements.
  10. Addition of mental health features in the Health app.
  11. Introduction of offline maps in Maps for seamless navigation.
  12. Collaborative playlists in Apple Music for a more engaging music experience.
  13. Easier sharing with AirDrop and NameDrop.
  14. Autocorrect receives a comprehensive update with a transformer language model, enhancing word prediction and sentence-level autocorrections.

Expected Release Date for Public

Currently, the iOS 17 beta update has been released for developers and beta testers. The stable release for the general public is anticipated to arrive later this year. The upcoming iPhone 15 series is likely to be the first to come preloaded with iOS 17. Apple traditionally unveils new iPhone models in the fall, suggesting a similar timeframe for the public release of iOS 17.
